VB.Net/SQL Date Comparison

Experts:

In my VB.net program I need to get all records from a table where U_Date contains today's date. Multiple records will have values like --> 4/29/2008 5:35:47 PM for U_Date. In my Select query how do I "ask" for all records where the date part is equal to today's date?
