SQL2005 DTEXEC Command Prompt error DTSER_FAILURE

I am trying to run the dtexec command in the command prompt and keep getting a failure message.
It looks like it is running part of the SSIS but when it comes to the import it fails.
Any ideas where I am going wrong?Start Free Trial
