SQL 2005 Function to rearrange letters in field in alphabetical order.

Hi guys,
Can use some help. I need to create a function to arrange letters in a field in alphabetical order + get rid of ',' between them. So, data "R,W,C,E,M,F,A" in field will look like this:"ACEFMRW"
