SQL Server performonce issue

Hi
we have 1 domain controller DC1 also we install SQL server instance on this DC1 , we have a customized databse windows application that connect to the sql server
recently we separate the got  2 new server and now we have didcated server for dc1  and the second one for additional domiain controller Dc2 and the last one for sql server
the problem is the user of application complain that the performance for retriving data and even to login to the application become slower than before
what should i think to solve this problem which happened after the new infrastructure
