How do I find what permissions are not being modified?

Asked by MrVradicion in SQL Server 2005, Windows 2003 Server

Tags: Microsoft, MS SQL Sever 2005, SQL Server 2005 64bit, 64bit Operating System MS Server 2003, Error 29506. SQL Server Setup failed to modify security permissions on file D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\ for user administrator.

I'm trying to load SP2 for MSSQL Server 2005 on 64bit operation system. It comes up with the error below...the administrator is full control so I don't know what other permissions it's talking about! All help is appreciated.

Product: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (64-bit) -- Error 29506. SQL Server Setup failed to modify security permissions on file D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\ for user administrator. To proceed, verify that the account and domain running SQL Server Setup exist, that the account running SQL Server Setup has administrator privileges, and that  exists on the destination drive.
