Stored Procedure - Incorrect Syntax near the keyword 'DECLARE'

My objective is this:
I want to be able to set one of my variables in my Stored Procedure to equal an exact value, i.e. "DISABLED".
Second, I want to be able to pass in a specific workstation name from my VB.NET Code to the second
variable called @Workstation_Name.
Below, I have setup my SP. It works fine if I remove the information on Workstation_Name. When I try to aggregate the retrieval of the data from two different columns, it appears my syntax is fouled up.
Tables/Columns are: Uptime.Status = DISABLED, Uptime.MAC = Network.MAC where N.Workstation_Name = @Workstation_Name.
Can someone please help me work through the correct syntax?
