setspn  for sql / sharepoint

could somein tell my we i am supposed to be typing to set this please. I have done it before but mind i s ablank this morning.
setspn -a <http/<farmclusterdnsname> <servicename>

lets assume

im calling the cluster sharepoint   (is this just a name i make up and use lets say in the load balnce url and set in dns or is it sometghing else?

and the sqk server is called sql1

setspn -a http/ sharepoint sql1   correct?
