Hi,

Would appreciate if someone would provide the difference between using the data type varbinay(Max) and storing the files in the file system using vs2005 and SQL 2005.

I am already familiar with the basic workings and how to implement both.What I woould like to know is pro and cons of using them with proper technical justification.
