SQL SERVER 2005 Error Sending Emails with attachments using Report Services Portal

Hi,
I have a problem when scheduling a report on my Reports Portal, when i try to get the email functionality to attach the report and send an emai.

I have no problem when i schedule the report to send the email and insert a link to the report however.

this is the error i recieve on the reports portal:
''Failure sending mail: The report server has encountered a configuration error. See the report server log files for more information.''

this is the error in my Logfiles:

I know its saying i don't have admin rights but i can't understand how this is as i am using my admin rights , can someone advise me with this please.
