With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Return Last Identity for Inserted ROW

hello
I have table as folowwing
Create table mytable
(id int identity primary key
, fld1 nvarchar (10)
)
I have Stored Proc. as folowwing
create procedure insert_mytable
(@fld1 nvarchar (10)
,@Inserted_ID int output
 )
as
insert into mytable values (@fld1)
-------
what i need is i want set the output parameter @Inserted_ID  to return the ID value that inserted by the current user /current session
in other words if two user execute the same procedure insert_mytable
as following
User1 : Execute insert_mytable @fld1='Im User1'
&
User2 : Execute insert_mytable @fld1='Im User2'
the output parameter ",@Inserted_ID' MUST return the ID that inserted to the row contains 'Im User1' & for User2 MUST return the ID that inserted to the row contains 'Im User2'

So what should I do ?
