Convert Longdate to time

I have a date column formatted as longdate with entries sample as shown:

12/30/1899 7:30:00 AM
8/3/2006 4:14:25 PM

How can I extract the TIME formatted as HH:MM only?
The above will look something like these:
07:30
16:14
