UNABLE TO RUN BCP FROM COMMAND LINE

I am having 2 machine.On one machine(say m1) i am having sql server QA.And on othe m/c(say m2) i am having only odbc connection.

When i am using bcp from command line on m1 it working fine.
But for m2 its giving me
"bcp is not recognized as internal or external command,operatable program or  batch files "
error.

On m2 i am not able to fine bcp.exe file.

So,anyone is having idea how to set bcp path from dos command line?
