We use SQL Server 2005 as our backend DB and VB.Net 2005 as our development tool. Everything works fine from a Development machine or a stand-alone PC, but when installed on a Terminal Server....it craps out. For some reason, everytime a user goes to print a CR from within a VB.Net app, we get the "Database Logon" screen. See below.
Here is a code snippet of a typical call to a CR report. Currently, the "UserID/Password" parameters are commented out. It works on a stand-alone PC but still not on a Terminal Server.

Here's an idea: There's thing thing called a double hop.... when you try and pass a windows credential over a number of servers (i.e. > 2) it can get "lost along the way"
Its kind of explained here:
http://blogs.msdn.com
The TS may be the extra server that makes it lose its window credentials.
It may explain why it doesn't work on TS but does in other environments.
Other than that I suggest you try using FileMon and RegMon on a wokring and non working case and see if there are any access issues.

When the user logons into a TS section do they become regular Windows users or do they have a different kind of account?
Do they log into the same domain?
