Trigger for increment_1

Hi,

I have a table t1 having column say 'order' and another table named t2 have column 'Count'...

when a customer(store as 'cust' column in both tables) order a sale for the first time ,the value of 'Count' in t2 must be 0 and when he again place an order the 'Count' must be equql to 1 and so on...

Anyone please help me....
