For all the new objects I've created on my development server, how do I go about transferring them to the client's sever without manually recreating them through the studio manager? Is there a straightforward way of generating a script or something ?

use Database Scripting wizard from Microsoft and you will be able to script all the objects and data to a file. use the file to deploy the script
