Congratulations to our new Genius -- RRJegan17

Please join me in congratulating Raja on earning SQL Server 2005 Genius certificate.

I apologize for this being so belated, but last I saw Raja he was right below the Mark and in this week has accumulated 80k+ points and went over the mark before I knew it.  Therefore, this is a bit behind, but hopefully not duplicative.

For those in the database zone(s) you have probably seen Raja doing his thing, having had and will most likely continue to have a great year which is already highlighted by hitting the Genius mark in under 9 months.

With Angel as my target, I believe 9 months is very slow :)

Compared to a3's pace everything seems slow.  Having accumulated my 3m from August of last year to now I know how much commitment it takes in our zones as there are a lot of good qualified experts so not a small accomplishment by any stretch IMHO.

C'mon guys, be reasonable :)

Both of you are doing exceptionally well, and in terms of points, similarly paced.

It is just a pity (for me) that there are so many "top guns" in these zones - by the time I get to a few questions there you are, answers already posted.

So, in some regards, I hope you guys slow down a bit, *laughing*, otherwise, I am going to have to work a lot harder :)

And a word of advice, it is going to be near impossible to catch A3 (an average of over 265,000 points each month for 114 months), and so just aspire to the respect, help and camaraderie that he demonstrates and make SQL the very best zone with the very best people showing great knowledge, fun, enthusiasm and above all else, helping the askers.

In my books, given the above, you are both well on the way already :)
