The only FUNCTIONAL difference between my post, and the accepted post, is the use of a select instead of a print. Since SSMS will not display a large number of record sets in grid mode, it almost HAS to be done in text mode. For display purposes in text mode, select and print will do the same thing.

no there is no command like that...
bot you can achive that goal by using some scripting and system tables..
