The following query brings 0 rows back for me. It is in SS 2005.
SELECT * FROM sys.dm_db_index_physical_s
WHERE avg_record_size_in_bytes IS NOT NULL
There are 100s of inedx records in the index_physical_stats system table, but all the avg_record_size_in_bytes and record_count values are NULL.

You need to involve this DMV sys.dm_db_index_physical_s tats to calculate Index size as given below
