When I type if or try to select it it says I it's an invalid length and I have to put in 1 - 4000.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI created a database in Access and converted it to MS SQL 2005. My memo fields became ntext data types but the issue is they don't display on my site. I found several posts with this type of issue recommending using NVARCHAR(MAX) instead but when I try to put MAX in the Length field it doesn't let me. I am concerned about losing data from any of these fields and 4000 characters is not large enough on some of the fields.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
