Not sure, Why do you want to delete Replication settings when it is not over there.
"If you restore a backup of a replicated database to another server or database, replication settings cannot be preserved. In this case, you must recreate all publications and subscriptions after backups are restored."
Just restoring that backup would have lost all those replication configurations and No need to worry about it...

Hi,
How did you delete the replication? How do you know that the replication is still there? In my experience with previous versions of SQL, if the target database isn't replicating, then restoring a backup that has replication, the replication will be deleted or turned off as part of the restore.
