How to take records out of one SQL Server 2008 table and move (split) to three tables in another database on same server?

I've looked up solutions for quite a while, and I think a capable DBA will know how to do this pretty well - which I am not. I'm taking the records (23,000) for Contact Info and Address fields from Source Table CUSTOMERS in DB1 and moving the data into multiple Destination tables in DB2. I think I can do it in stages, (three separate queries) to overcome the incremental ID that has to be created before moving in the second set of fields, but again, I'm syntax retarded.

Destination Tables in DB2 are:
INDIVIDUALS (which holds firstName, lastName, and contact info like phoneNum and emailAddress);
ADDRESSES (which is connected to INDIVIDUALS table by addressID in INDIVIDUALS table with a one to many ratio so that each individual can have multiple addresses);
STATES (connected to ADDRESSES by stID so can just pull from a list of States)

Thanks for your help - I'm getting more desperate and panicky as my deadline approaches quickly (for making a simple C.R.U.D. interface).
