The structure of Access and FileMaker are radically different.
You cannot simply "Convert" and Access database to FileMaker.
You might be able to save your queries as SQL strings, but the Macros, VBA code, Forms and Reports probably will not transfer.

The best you can probably do is to Output all of your Access tables to one of the following formats:
Tab-separated text
Comma-separated text
DBase
... and import them into Access.
With that all being said you can resaech tools that "Claim" to convert the data, but there is *always* something that gets mucked up.
IMHO, it is safer to just output the tables to a FileMaker Database.
