Office 2003 and Deep Freeze

In our company, we have Deep Freeze installed on many machines so is that once they restart, any changes get erased which is great but everytime someone launches an office program, they have to wait for the 30 second windows installer to run and then they get prompted for initials. Is there a way to disable this so that when someone logs in for the first time, office will just start and they'll have generic initials?
