I have a widely used access 2003 .adp that has an SQL 2005 back-end. Users access a few different servers via Remote Desktop to run the app. Users have been reporting (and sending me hard examples of) reports that include random data that does not belong on them. This happens sporadically and in various reports. Usually the print preview looks fine and when they go to print, some random record will show up that does not belong with the real data. In other instances, the report print out will cut off some data or calculate the totals wrong. Running the underlying recordsource SQL will not show this random data and it is often hard to duplicate as you can run the report a second time and it prints fine. One workaround they have found is to print to a .pdf-then print from adobe. This works most the time but really not a desirable extra step. This has caused a lot of headaches as it is such an unpredictable behavior. I have done a bunch of searching and haven't found anyone else w/ this problem. Any clues?
