Browse All TopicsI have a replicated database that I need to make design changes to. I've opened a new, blank database and want to import the objects from the design master so I can redesign and test changes but one table, the main table for the database, keeps giving me a "Record is deleted" error. I've tried exporting to Excel with the same results. I can export the table defnitions only from the original design master but I'd like to get the data as well.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

This is what Microsoft says: This behavior can occur if either the object or the database is damaged. Damage can occur, for example, if two users try to modify the same record in a table, and then one of them forces Access to close by shutting down the computer.
I've had the same problem, and when i open the table, it actually shows #DELETED in each field for that particular record.
A compact & repair worked for me.

have you tried linking to the table and then running a make table query from the linked table?
