Tabs hidden by Sub-Form in Access 2007

I don't understand what causes this, since I have not added any code yet, and it seems to be an issue with the sub-form or its detail properties, however I have attempted changing each by trial and error to no avail, it's frustrating and not ALL sub-forms cause this to happen, I've even tried eliminating the white space...The 2 files that I opened with related issues both worked fine for me, so my issue is unique.

I've attached DB, open Switchboard, 1st Tab is Client Info, which hides tabs, 2nd Income Tab does not, remaining hide as well up to Calculator which does not hide the tabs.
