Tabular Form - Set Command Button 'Enabled' Depending Upon Field Value

I have a tabular form.

The data within my tabular form has a field where the value is either 'Y' or Null.

Is there anyway that I can set a command button on my tabular form to 'Enabled = True' where my field displays 'Y' and 'Enabled = False' where my field contains Null? Please bear in mind that this is a tabular form.
