Populate List box based on another single selection List box from the same database table

Dear Expert,
I am very new in ACCESS 2003.
I have a table with three columns: ID, Region and Location, in this table one Region can have multiple Locations. I have a list box for my Region column. I set this list box as a single selection list box, and I have another list box for my Location column. My question is how can I make the values in Location list box change based on the selection of my Region list? If you have any sample code that would be great.
