FTP only changed files using VBA

Dear experts,

Using a reference to MSINET.OCX and the code in the snippet I am able to FTP files to an FTP server. This works wonderfully.

However, I would like to know if there is some sort of DIR command that I can use to see if a file already exists on the FTP server, so I can skip that file (because we're talking really large JPG files here).
