I have a Access database that was designed and developed to be deployed in Access 2003, in the interim the client has made a policy change to Office 2007. After sorting out numerous macro errors i encountered an error with the text import wizard. The user must import a .txt delimited file into the access database. When doing so in Access 2003 it works perfectly but when i try the same in 2007 i get the error. the table into which the data is being imported into matches the column headings in the .txt file and the fields are all set to text (255) characters and allows for zero length entries. Anyone have any ideas what may be causing the error and what is the difference between Access 2003 and 2007?
