Temporary Db1.Mdb Files Is Not Automatically Deleted After Compact & Repair

I do many MSAccess 2003 projects on our LAN/WAN. Most of my MSAccess databases are set to automatically compact & repair after the MACRO runs.

Lately I have noticed that the db1.mdb files are not being deleted. If I run the same MSAccess process from my local C: drive the db1.mdb files are automatically deleted but on the network, they are not.

What network rights must have been changed to cause this to happen? I have the ability to export, delete, import, etc. I can delete the db1.mdb file with Windows Explorer but it will not automatically delete when MSAccess closes.

Any ideas?
