Invalid operation for comboBox used in ribbon.

I have a comboBox on my custom ribbon that worked great until I changed the database to a front-end/back-end format.

I get a Run-time error '3219': Invalid operation

On this line;

Set rst = db.OpenRecordset("tblCoders", dbOpenTable)

This code is in a module called NewRibbon.
