Message Box OK/Cancel

When the user changes the data in a field in a form I'd like to display a message like
"Are you sure?"  with a OK and Cancel button.  

My attempt hasn't worked.  When I change the SubCategory name and tab to the next field in the form, it displays the message, I click Cancel and it accepts the change and tabs to the next field anyway.

I'd like the message box to be called SUBCATEGORY NAME HAS CHANGEDStart Free Trial
