Problem with Displaying Data / Re-Load Forms Problem

I have 2 forms:
1) "Main Menu" - left side (on the attached menu)
2) "Financial form" - right side (on the attached menu) -- I cut some classified info which containes Loan #, and Property Address

Recently I converted this database from Access 97 to Access 2000.

I have following problem: For example "Financial form" displaying data for the Loan # 111111. Form already opened. When I'm trying to use "Main" button on the right of the form or Individual Loan from "Main Menu" form to go to the Loan # 111112, form "Financial form" does not show data for new loan # 111112, this form will only refreshes data for the Loan # 111111.

I will attach code so you can see what happened if the form was opened
cmdIndLoan_Click() -- is the code for "Individual Loan" Button on Main Menu form (on the left)

Private Sub Form_Open--- is the code to open the form, if it closed

I believe I need some code for reload event: If form is already open and I need to go to the new Loan, form should display data for the new loan number "111112" instead of current loan number "111111"

Please let me know if you need additional explanation

I was trying to put this code for the Load Event for financial form, however this did not work. (can't recognize this function SS_OnLoad Me
