The question was "Has anyone seen a 3rd. party Access ODBC Driver for 64 bit Windows SBS Server 2008 somewhere?"
I am having a similar issue. I need to run a perl script which connects to an MS Access file using the ODBC on a 64bit Windows 2008 server. The client refuses to purchase an MS Access license. They hold firm that only driver is required, because it works on their other servers. I can't argue because installing MS Office on a server is a terrible waste and way too costly.

Sorry - have a look at this one from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.c
OK, MS says: "In a 64-bit Windows environment, you can run an application in the 32-bit mode. Therefore, the application can use the 32-bit version of the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Jet or the 32-bit version of the Jet ODBC driver."
Unfortunately, this does not solve my problem, because MDAC doesn't work on SBS 2008...
