Access 2003 Import Errors

I am getting 6 import errors that are the same. I am certain this error is becuase the references given are all blanks on the source Excel file.

How can I change the properties to prevent the Error Table from generating? I have already changed the properties to allow field that are NO required to have data.

any ideas?
