Try to add the comma before the items, not after. So you don't have to delete.

Browse All TopicsI have the code below, that within my open word document, looks for a bookmark and inserts a list (in a sentance format), e.g.
The companies you use are: [field1_1stentry], [field2_2ndentry], [etc....],
What I want is that when the do until loop has finished is to delete the last two characters ( the comma and spacebar) and replace with a full stop.
I thought that using chr(?) might work to replicate the backspace key, however my word document shows a couple of weird characters and hasn't deleted my comma and space bar.
Any ideas?
