Query/Report Past Due Returns

I have a database that calculates 90 days from issue date that the equiptment need to be returned for quality checking. I would like to have a query and or report that reports back equiptment that is 30 days from needing to be returned so we can contact the client and maybe mark them as yellow for warning and past due like in red so we can let them know that they are late. I would also if possible have it maybe notify one of use when a piece of equiptment is past due. Any help would be greatly appreciated as always. Thanks.
