Help needed creating module in MSAccess

I have a database and several modules already created.   What I would like to do is to create a module that i can call in a macro that will move an xlsx file to a different folder and remane it, so that the other macros will work.   Currently i move and rename the file manually before executing the macros.  

I have a file that the name changes like  110609.xlsx or 100609pm.xlsx that has to move moved to a different folder and renamed sheet1.xlsx to allow the import function to work.  How can i do this without having to do it manually?
