Access 2007 won't let forms being designed close.

Asked by Peborgh in Access Forms, Access Coding/Macros

I have imported a pile of forms, etc from Access 2002 into a new database in 2007 under Win 7.
I then started changing some of the forms as described in the last paragraph. At first, it allowed me to change a form, save it and close it. I exited the database then re-entered it and now it allows me to open and modify forms in this way but when I close them, it asks whether to save the form, I click OK but then it does not close the form. Forms being modified just accumulate...
I have been getting rid of Laban RTF2 fields and replacing them with text fields with Rich Text set. Which could be relevant?

Any ideas?

Many thanks.
