Access 2007:  Size a form in Form Design

Asked by jimhorn in Access Forms, Microsoft Access Database

Tags: access, form, 2007, size

Hi guys

Problem:  Access 2007 does not appear to allow me to size forms in Form Design, so when I open a form modally it is those exact dimensions.

I have recently discovered Access 2007, and am trying to play with it / figure out if there's a big, hairy reason why I should jump to it.

In form design, all forms I have open are in tabs, similar to an Excel spreadsheet.  Problem is, when I want to display a form modally in Access 2003 and below, I was able to size the form in design, then save, and the form would be displayed runtime as those dimentions.   In Access 2007 it doesn't allow me to resize forms, or at least I haven't figured it out yet.

TIA
