Is there a way to open an email (from Outlook) using a command button on an Access form so that the email address in the form field propogates to the "to" field in the email?

I would like to be able to launch an email from an Access form and have the email address showing in the email address data field automatically be entered into the "to" field of the email. I have tried to find some form of VB or VBA coding that will do this; however, I know almost nothing of Visual progarmmimg and I can't find any coding examples that I can work from.
