Listbox does not display items in 2nd field

This is a strange one and I've tried everything I can think of to resolve it.

I've got a (simple) multi-select listbox that should display two fields, but it's only displaying the data in column 1.
I use something very similar in a couple of other databases and they work just fine.  I've tried importing the 'utitility' from one of these other databases in case this solved it but still not joy.  I've even added a new autonumber field to the table (tbl_Centres) in case it didn't like having a bound field that's a text field.

Attached are some images to show what it looks like and to show the Properties of the lstCentres control.

Any idea what the issue could be?Start Free Trial
