How to Save Existing Record as New Record...

Hi,
I have Edit Order Details form. There is a combo box to select and display the Record on Order_Number.
The situation is, I want to use this order details for New Order.
I want user to change Order_Number and change the details in a form and Save As New Record in the Order Table.
Is these possible? if yes, How shall i do this ???
If no, What is the best possible way to do this???
