Subform doesn't update

Hi
I have created a form with a subform within it.

I choose a client from the top of the form and this populates the subform with address details. However if I then change the client record from the top of the form the subform doesn;t update unless I save or refresh the database.

I was expecting the subform to be updated automatically.
