How do I get a subform on an Access tab to update between tabs?

Sorry if I'm rubbish at explaining this but I've got a database, screenshots attached, which has a subform on 2 tabs within the main form - the subform is split over the 2 tabs into 2 seperate subforms but comes from the same table (just because there's too many fields to fit on to one tab)  What I want is for the one field that's identical on each tab, the Contact Date (as shown in both images), to update when you move from the first tab to the second, so the second is always showing the record last accessed on the first tab instead of having to find the record again.  Is there a way I can do this?Start Free Trial
