I am using access 2007 I have a form that pulls out records based on specified info. The form will be used to update the data in the table. I have 2 question. I want to know how the limit the data entry person form entering invalid info in certain field e.eg. (the word dog where a date should be). I also would like a have a list box or a combo box  in 2 of the fields to  help enter the data & also minimize the like hood of error. Is there any way to do this.
