With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Different combobox row source property for each record on a continuous form.

I have a combobox on a continuous subform. I would like the dropdown list to be different on each record depending upon another field in the record. I have a query that accomplishes that (see below). However, when I requery the row source query, it is of course applied to the combobox for every record and the others turn blank since the value selected in the combobox of the other records are not in the row source query. For example, on on record, I want all the pharmacies in the contact table to be displayed in the drop down, on another record, I want all the attorneys displayed.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
