On the first row, for this particulare policy, I wanted to change the name of the insured, so I selected a name from the combo box. However, it fills every row with the insured name that I selected. I want to be able to use the combo box to change an insured name for each row in the subform. How can I prevent the insured name from the combo box from repeating in all rows, and how can I choose a different insuredname in the combo box for each row in the subform?

You must use a combobox that is bound to a field in the underlying table. You cannot show different values in an unbound control in a continuous form.
