Line-by-Line conditional formatting in a subform

Asked by richardbarlow in Microsoft Access Database, Access Forms

In a subform which is set to Continuous Forms I want to format certain fields based on the value of another field. In each record there is a field called Active, which is a Yes/No field. I want to change the colour of all the fields for any records where the value of Avtive is No.

I know how to set conditional formatting for a field based on its own value, but this seems a tad trickierStart Free Trial
